Amethyst Hub is led by Tay, specialising in mindfulness, wellbeing, productivity and nervous system support through techniques including hypnosis, breathwork and Emotional Freedom Technique.
With a background in communications, her work focuses on helping people move out of overthinking, regulate their internal state, and approach their work and life with more clarity.
Blending structured techniques with a calm, intuitive approach, Tay creates experiences that feel grounded, practical, and genuinely effective not performative.
